Indemnity: a. By participating in the Competition, you agree to indemnify and hold the Artists harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation or the content of your remix.
Modifications: a. The Artists reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the official website or through other appropriate channels.
Governing Law: a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pinellas County, Florida. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
